Jim & Cathy Frazier
Jim and Cathy hail from Colorado where Jim spent his life in the beef industry. Jim has managed
both commercial and purebred cattle operations in 4 different states, and has run feedlots in
conjunction with most, so Jim is aware of the special problems and needs of the commercial cowman.
Jim has served the Montana Red Angus Association as a board member, vice president and president
and a variety of committees. Cathy works at the hospital in Bozeman as the unit clerk for the
operating room and in her spare time manages the ranch computer operations.
Jim and Cathy have two children: Jamie has her Masters degree in Elemntary School Counseling and is
starting her 4th year in Buffalo WY. Matt is in his 2nd year teaching Ag at Pavillon WY. Both were
married on the ranch to wonderful spouses. All 4 are always here for the sale and other busy
times.
Jim is always happy to discuss cows and the ranch and believes a hand shake and giving your word
is still a important part of the cattle business.
